Shipping Cost:
Shipping is FREE on all orders. We ship Monday to Friday via US Priority Mail which takes between 1 and 3 days travel time.
When Will I Receive My Order?
As each toy is made to order, we will get it to the post office within 2 business days of receiving your order. Then it will take between 1 and 3 more days of travel time to arrive to you.
All of our Ethan Walker toys are handcrafted from beech wood and are finished with non-toxic oils and whey-based paints and varnishes.
We meet all CPSC requirements
With help from a third-party, ISO-accredited, CPSC-accepted lab our toys have passed all tests for soluble heavy elements, including Lead & Cadmium, which all had results under 10ppm (0.001%) which is well below the federal limits.
Every single toy was tested to CPSC and ASTM Standards for physical hazards such as small parts and passed for children of any age to enjoy.
Lastly, as our products are made from wood and not plastic you do not need to worry about BPA, Phthalates and other nasty plastic associated chemicals.

How many characters can I have?
There's no limit - we lay each one out individually and size the text to fit the available area.
Add what you want and we will make it work, or contact you if we can't.
Where there are multiple long names, we may need to split them across two lines.
Can I have special characters such as č, ū or emojis?
Yes - if you can type it, we can do it!
Can the text be on a different area to the pictures?
Yes and no - we can add text to any flat surface. If you would like it on a different location, leave a note in the 'comments' box in the shopping cart.
